I know where this police station is, it is by the racetrack. You want to steal the car in a perfect timing. IF you see cops standing outside the police station DRIVE somewhere where it will "reload". When this happens you should be able to see no cops. BUT if you still do and it's the same when you left... you need to go FURTHER away and drive a minute or so. And now you should be able to see NO cops. Now you can steal the car. But if you don't want nothing broken on the police car, I recommend to go to a police station that has multiple police cars! Sometimes the characters breaks the window, and other times uses something to open the handle, which using the handle makes no marks or damages to the car. And then when your done with that and in the car... YOU CAN DO WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT! ;) ------------------------------ Any questions? If so, don't be afraid to ask me!
